WATCH VIDEO Spartanburg, SC June, 8th 2015- The Spartanburg NAACP thanks the Spartanburg City Council for requring money be set aside for police body cameras. City Council has asked city staff to provide a budget that includes money to buy body cameras for all first responder police officer (85 officers).
