Spartanburg, SC October 21, 2015-The Spartanburg NAACP and USC Upstate Chapter of the NAACP are proud to have participated in the Cleveland Park Playground Community Build. We appreciate the young people from the USC Upstate Chapter volunteering their time, absolutely great young people. We look forward to partnering on more projects that improve the Spartanburg Community.
