Spartanburg, SC- The Spartanburg Branch of the NAACP hosted a small group discussion with Dr. Ben Carson. Invitees included leaders of the Spartanburg NAACP Branches, Urban league of the Upstate, and the Black Business community. Topics of discussion included mass incarceration, economic development, and Dr. Carson’s opportunity agenda. We thank Dr. Carson for sharing his vision for the country with us.
